The Truth About My Life, My Words, and My Thoughts
Wayne Dyer in his book “Intention” makes this statement: “Manifesting is a function of the spiritual intention matching up in vibrational harmony with your desires.” (Dyer, 2005)
So, the questions to ask are, Are my desires, words, and thoughts all in harmony? Is my life in harmony with and a reality of what I truly desire? Are my thoughts and words synchronized in a manner that causes me to act on what I have visualized?
Spiritual intention is tapping into the field of energy that allows you to align with the Eternal Mind to discover yourself to be a far greater person than you ever dreamed. This connection brings alignment of your wants and desires with the Eternal Mind’s plan and purpose for your life. Too often, we have been trained to create our lives ourselves rather than uncovering our life as we live day by day. The first question most of us were asked when beginning school was, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Your answer likely stemmed from a popular television show, a superhero of sorts or police, fireman, or football player. Rarely were we taught to allow our gifts and talents to guide us to the plan and purpose of our lives. Outside of sports the depth and bend of an individual’s talent were not allowed to be displayed through our personality and unique experiences.
With spiritual intention comes the planting of the seeds of your consciousness. Seeds in this instant are words. Either words of affirmation encouraged you or words of criticism caused you to abandon the development of your secret desires. Your thoughts about how to make it happen or how much money you can make doing it has caused many to settle for the ordinary when the Eternal Mind has created and called you to be extraordinary. Failure to trust the Eternal Mind to manage our life and divinely orchestrate and utilize situations and events in our lives has caused us to live in internal conflict. Unsatisfied with the outcome of our lives even though it may seem to be the picture of the American Dream to onlookers.
Before we answer the question from last week’s blog, I would like to introduce a contrary force, a resistance to the Eternal Mind. The Law of Polarity states that everything is in a continuum and has an opposite. In this case, the opposite of the Eternal Mind is the Earth-Cursed System. This system delivers chaos, destruction, and hatred whereas the Eternal Mind delivers joy, abundance, and love. The Earth-Cursed System uses the ego to access your thoughts and words, which are the results of your behavior toward yourself and your fellow man. I describe the ego as excuses, gluttony, and offenses. Defining them below:
E-Excuse something offered as justification or grounds for being excused
G-Gluttony a limitless appetite for something; an overindulgence
O-Offense a state of being insulted or morally outraged
Our thoughts, like everything else in the universe, are energy and vibrate at different frequencies depending on the nature of thought and the accompanying emotion. To a large extent, these vibrations dictate how you experience life because they set up resonance with anything that is on the same frequency. The only difference between one object and another is the rate of its vibration. The speed or rate at which something vibrates is referred to as its frequency.
The Earth-Cursed System (low/negative energy) vibrates at a much lower frequency than the Eternal Mind (high/positive energy) vibrates at. The universe works on energy and attraction. What you emit through your thoughts, actions, and words will be returned to you.
Our question from last week, “Is the reality of my life a result of my thoughts and my words? Absolutely Yes…because it is not just the words you speak – it’s the energy you carry and emit into the universe that delivers our reality no matter what. The great news about that is we have the power to dictate the frequency by choosing and directing our thoughts – we can change our reality at any time!
